John Cho seems to be one of the busiest actors in the business today. The actor began his career in “American Pie” but hit comedy gold when he first starred with Kal Pen for the now cult classic “Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle”. The actor jumped into warp speed when he played Hikaru Sulu in J.J. Abrams’ hugely successful re-imaging of the Star Trek franchise. Cho also stars on television with ABC’s drama Flash Forward, which begins the second half of its first season on March 18th.
Cho mentioned in a recent interview with Movieweb.com that it Chris Weitz is back for the “American Pie” sequel, titled “American Reunion”, that he would consider doing it. Star Trek 2 is happening next year and Cho although hasn’t seen the script is excited to pick up again and head to space. Lastly Cho is doing another “Harold & Kumar” film entitled “A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas,” being released this Christmas. Stay tuned because John Cho is only going to become bigger Hollywood player over the next few years.
