Night of the Demons remake looks like it will be coming to theaters for a September 23, 2010 release. Production took place in New Orleans in October of 2008. There are several differences between the original and the remake, first being the change in location as well as an updated punk rock plot.
The film is directed by Adam Gierasch with Diora Baird, Jonathan Beach, Michael Copon, Shannon Elizabeth, Edward Furlong, Monica Keena, Bobbi Sue Luther and Tiffany Shepis all starring in the remake about a group of kids that plan a party in a demonically possessed house for one hell of a Halloween party.
The original film “Night of the Demons” was released in 1988 and became a cult hit spawning two sequels, “Night of the Demons 2″ in 1994 and “Night of the Demons 3″ in 1997.
