CinemaBlend is reporting that Rachel Weisz could be starring as the villain in James Bond 23. Here’s an excerpt from the site’s article.

Sam Mendes will be directing James Bond 23 from a script by Peter Morgan, Neal Purvis and Robert Wade. A production start date or release date has not been announced yet.
