“The Monster Squad” remake, which kind of disappear for a while just found a home at Platinum Dunes. Producers Andrew Form and Brad Fuller are producing the remake alongside Rob Cohen, who produced the original “The Monster Squad” film.
The story revolved around a group of die-hard horror fans who discover that the classic monsters Dracula, Frankenstein, The Wolfman (who’s got nards) and others have emerged in their town as they help the monsters look for a mystical amulet.

There is a similar movie, originally called “Nightcrawlers”, which has also taken the title “Monster Squad”. It will be directed by Mike Mitchell.
