1 – “Boondock Saints II” Bumper Sticker

I feel like I deserve to win because this whole world is fucked up. It is not only my village or my country, whole world lives by the rules of those, who deserve to be in prison!
I feel that I should win because I’m getting Veritas/Aequitas tattoos on my chest when I turn 18, have the first movie, and also have a Boondock Saints movie poster on my wall.
I love The Boondock Saints movies, so I feel I deserve to win.
I love the prayers in BDS they touch my soul, but I’m a pagan so that’s not the reason I love the movies. Then I finally figured it out. I’m not a fuckin’ victim anymore. I’ve slain my personal demons. I can’t tell you that watching Boondock Saints I&II is what changed me from accepting the lead role as a victim in life because it didn‘t, just made me realize HOW much I had changed myself.I love Boondock Saints because there are no victims. No pity parties. Yeah, you feel bad when Rocco and Greenley die and it sucks. (Honestly, I didn’t even feel sorry for the cat but then I’m not much of a pet person.) But they were not victims. They made choices then lived and died totally okay in those decisions. Flippin a skippy!! What an amazing concept!! You are never asked to feel sorry for anyone. It’s a good thing to slaughter the hell out of your personal demons. Say a prayer, pull the fucking trigger, then move on and to hell with whoever doesn’t get it!!
I wont say that I deserve these prizes more than the other fans bc we are all love BDS, but I will tell you why I should be in the running. I first saw BDS when it firsat came out 10 years ago and at that time there wasnt much hype. I even felt like I was the only one that knew about the movie and would tell others about it. Of course with likin the Saints I had to watch all their movies bc I thought they were brillant actors. Fast forward 10 years adn you have BDS2. Ive spent so much $ in BDS merchandise and my hubby just gives me the look.
I talk to the guys via twitter, facebook and myspace. I have friends that personally know them and hopefully one day I will too. I have 8 BDS shirts, 2 stickers on my car, clock, pea coat, posters, movies, soundtracks, Murphy and Connor dolls and a tat. My daughter loves them also and even drew pictures of each of the boys. I have a weekly BDS party at my house with about 5 other friends where we watch the movie and drink a shot of James for the boys. Every Friday night we go to the local pub here and Drink a shot of Jmaes for them also.
Like I said, I love the movies but not as much as the talent and hard work that went into making them. These guys make my day!
Thanks for reading!!!
Why should I win? Because I want that stuff. Like really bad. Plus, I’ve got the luck of the Irish, so the prizes should be mine.
I am the biggest boondock saints fan i have a pistol tattooed on my hip with a rosay hanging from it and a banner around it that says aequitas and veritas i have seen both movies mul;tiple times when I found out my ex was pregnant if it was a boy we were going to name him conner i am the biggest boondock saints fan end of story so you can just send me my prize
Real men hide their emotions. Why? Because it’s none of your fuckin’ business!
I have lived the Saints’ lifestyle, long before the first movie even came out back in Jan. of 2000. Though I’m not the biggest fan, noone can claim that, I have loved the Saints’ movies for 10 years. Plus, I’m Irish, so they are practically family!
You ready for this shit, my dear brother?
Let’s do some gratuitous violence.
I like the movies. . .
That is all.
-Danno
The Boondock Saint series is a work of pure genius and by far my favorite movies of all time.
And shepherds we shall be,
for Thee, my Lord, for Thee.
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand,
that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee
and teeming with souls shall it ever be.
In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spirit?s Sancti.
I should win because I’m mikelamb and ill make thos shirt look good …..or the shirt will make me look good.
I deserve to win because everytime I watch Boondock Saints, I get this special feeling inside, some sort of good feeling that won’t go away for a couple of days. I feel that there is some good people in this world even though it’s a movie. It gives me hope, in a way.
“I’ll catch you on the flip side.”
I can’t prove I am the biggest Boondock Saints Fan ever, but I can say that I should win the prize pack because it would mean the most to me. I love the movies and have seen them each a million times. I am originally from just outside Boston and have had to relocate to Canada for my husband’s work. The movies have helped me feel grounded and still linked to home.
I also watch the documentary Overnight on a regular basis because I can appreciate the struggle that Duffy went through to get the movie made and am inspired by his total devotion to the project. I was so happy he did the first movie justice and only improved upon it with the second. Send the prize pack to a true, dedicated fan who will forever love Troy Duffy for what he and the cast has given us, a true good ‘ol Boston boy work of art.
I should win because my best friend won’t talk to me since I fell in love with Boondock Saints. My husband and I throw quotes back and forth all the time. Thanks!
Good men are defined by their times. Great men do the defining. Two good Irish boyos and their father, along with some fellow travelers, changed their world for the better. Truth and Justice indeed. And having borne witness to it, you could say that I’ve already won.
Though if you see your way clear to give me the proof of the thing, I’ll consider it a fine thing.
ThBecause I watch both movies every single day and it just gets better everytime! I know they went thru a lot 2 bring us a part 2 bit, would still love a part 3. Id be willing 2 do anything 2 help, get the 1st 2 out there and anything 2 help with anything I could 2 get a 3rd 1 made. I am definitely the biggest fan of the best f$*king movie series ever made! I can NEVER get enough of those badass brothers! I’m here 2 do whatever it takes to get them 2 keep it goin..is by2e willing to be their coffee bitch or anything they need me 2 do,cuz I’m the biggest can ever. I would get the prayer with the guns crisscrossed on my back with the bros medals or a rosary tattooed on my back as full back piece.I think that might
my steam gamer tag is boondock_saint
so when I own noobs in counter strike

I like the way 2 irish assholes can pull it together and clean this country of trash
guinness is gooood
I masterbate to thre movies
I deserve to win because I convinced my local movie theater to show both movies in a midnight screening when the second was released. It was such a hit, they decided to let both of them run for 2 weeks…. It made a killing in my town.
I am the biggest fan by far and I’ve been there from the beginning ,and with all they went through 2 make part 2, I’m still hoping for a part 3! So,please let me win this contest so, I can show my love for the brothers!Thank u!
it dosent matter to me if i win or lose and i dont watch the movie like every week i just thinks it a great movie i watched it once and i am a big fan
I think I should win because Im 85% irish. Im catholic and go to church every Sunday and holiday. I can speak gaelic and I basically watched everything Boondock Saints (Movies, bloopers, out takes, etc.). My family actually came to America on the Mayflower (2nd trip) and My families last name was Dauqerty (Im not sure how to spell it). Thanks and good luck to everyone.
I feel I’m the biggest boondock saints fan, not because I can quote BOTH movies from opening credits to the end, not because I have the most awesome veritas/aequitas tattoo and have haD it for years now, and not because I have seen BOTH movies literally over 100 times now but because I live and breath by the moral code the brothers embodied. Most people nowadays aren’t exactly on the up and up and I live my life everyday looking out for the lil guys. U know, the helpless who can’t seem to help themselves. I plan on starting my own non profit organization and will base what we do on what the brothers did and wanted, ofcourse minus the killing of much deserved scum bags.
Wow!! I just heard about this give away on Facebook. First let me say im not a fan im a fanatic from the First movie that i found on a b-rated section of a block busters i have been hooked!! alot of fans have just recently come up due in great part to the secound movie wich is awesome but if it wasnt for the First movie this would have never happened! I love the Booondock Saints always will!! Thank you for taking the time to read this and for doing this Awesome giveaway it will really make someones day when they win! Good Luck To Us All!!!
I think I deserve to win because these are 2 kick ass movies, with awsome actors that I can watch over and over again. I’m a huge Reedus fan, and I hope number 3 is in the works in the near future!
The moment this movie landed in my hands five years ago, I’ve never really let it go. I showed it to every friend I knew saying over and over again “You Gotta See This!”. This is one of the only films I know that when you pop it into the DVD player, it feels like coming home. When the second one came out, I was the first person I knew to even see it, demanding movie friends that if they wanted to see something awesome, they had to check this out. And there was no way in hell I’d let them say any shit about the sequel. I know all the lines, know the backgrounds of each Character on and off screen, and of course points out when Duffy makes appearances in both movies (the second being only his voice). I know for certain that I’m not the biggest fan, only because I’ve seen the guys that get themselves covered in tattoos, and I know there’s a point of taking it too far to the point of creepy. But The Saints are my biggest heroes, and I deserve this because of all the crap I’ve taken from people for defending them. These are great movies, classics that Hollywood couldn’t see, but the fans proved them wrong. And just like everyone else on here, I won’t stop recommending these films as the best you can get.
I first saw #1 while stationed as a Comnbat MP in Iraq (2005~2006). I was immediately hooked. Number two has been anxiously awaited. “I needs a copy!”
I never saw part 1 of Boondock Saints until my husband, home from deployment, bought part two. He was so excited but I told him that I would not watch part two without seeing part one. It took a week to get it to Germany (where we are stationed with the Army) from Amazon.com but once it came we had a Boondock Saints movie weekend. We invited a few of our close friends over and watched both of them. I liked them so much I still watch them when I need to fill the time while he is away. I would like to win the shirt, not for myself, but for my husband who asks so little of us and gives us so much in return.
I think my son, Pete, should win. From the moment he saw the first film, that’s all he ever talked about. From his enthusiasm and love for this film, he got everyone he knew, and everyone THEY knew, watching, renting, purchasing this movie. He and I went to the New York premiere of All Saints Day, and had a fantastic time. Neither of us thought it was possible for a second film to even come close to the first film, and now we can’t decide which movie is better! So, after having to host, and feed, more than a few viewing parties for both films, I think my son would look fantastic in that tee shirt! LOL Good Luck to everyone!
The BDS is my favorite movie of all time. I’ve watched it dozens of times, including the 2nd one. I wear t-shirts and show off my pride as well as a bumper sticker on my car. Whenever the subject of movies come up, I enthusiastically encourage (sometimes coerce) people into the movies and it gets them addicted, too. I even got Veritas and Aequitas tattooed on either wrist and I love showing them off!! When they come to NJ in August for Monster Mania, I’m putting everything aside to go, just to see them!!!!
Both movies were wrote by absolute genius it completly is different than all the other crap they keep remaking. I love the fact that ur completly original with your work, the cast of characters were perfect and brining out all that drama from the past… Thats what made this movie an all time favorite and u guys should know u r way ahead of the rest of the wanna be’s tryn 2 make a half way decent movie. Thank u for these gifts and i hope 2 see another very soon
I love BDS and BDS ASD I drove hours to go to boston to meet the cast and crew and I had the best time of my life!! I met some very awesome ladies, yeah Betties you know who I’m talkin about!! And I named my cat Skippy, but hes ok don’t worry about him!!
I cannot recite the movie line for line. I know I can’t say the imfamous prayer. I’m not good with names or characters. I don’t check the facebook fan page everyday. Most would say I’m not a die-hard fan then and probably dont deserve to win. Its okay though because the Boondock Saints have brought my life to a whole new level. The anniversary showing of the first one was a much needed break from my grandfathers death. The second one brought an old, dimishing friendship back together at the midnight showing. In the long run I got half of my freshman dorm addicted to the first movie when I really only meant to get ten of my friends addicted when I showed them the movie in November at one of our weekly movie nights. I know I’m not a die-hard fan but i dont care. The movies helped me and I like helping them back by spreading them and so far I think I’ve done a pretty good job. Goodluck everyone.
I am a big fan but because i have no money i have not seen the second one and really want to i have watched the first one on netflix i dont know how many times and i think its a perfect movie with all of the conflicts and the plot is amazing. So please pick me so i can own the 2nd movie
I am in the works of opening the All Saints Bar in my town and so plan on running BDS I & II back to back on the TV’s! I plan on running through a few hundred DVDs and any chance I get to promote the kick ass Brothers should be embraced!
SHIT Fuck!!!!!!!
I didn’t discover BS until it came out on either the IFC or Sundance channel. I thought it was the coolest thing I’ve seen in a long time. I didn’t even know about the sequel. I wish I had it.
Discovered BDS II: All Saints Day when it came out on video. Dispite my husbands inability to have an open mind and enjoy it, I watched it several times. Then watched the first one. I have had to spread the word to several friends of mine and have also joined “the cult” as the husband calls it. Whether he knows it or not, he has also joined it. He has bought both on blue ray and I find him quoting the movies from time to time. They are very addictive. You can’t help but like them. (He is proof of that.) I go around everyday spreading the word as much as I can. I will have everyone “drinking the kool-aid” if I could.
I would love to win this contest, I am huge Boondock Saints fan and a huge Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus fan! I own tons of their movies but still watch BDS and ASD religiously and still get excited everytime I do, how can you not! It’s the connection between the brothers, the action, the mission, the whole movie is genius as is Troy Duffy, Hollywood needs to wake up and realize the talent that this man has as well as the actors involved!
I remember when this movie came out and nobody heard about it. I watched it and immediately fell in love with it!! Since then I have watched it religiously! I got all my friends and my boyfriend hooked on it. When the second one came out, I was completely stoked! The movies have such a wonderful and diversified cast which makes it stand out even more!! I thought everything about the movie was amazing and I know the movie inside and out. These are the only movies I keep watching over and over and over again because I can’t get enough!
I am obsessed with the Saints. I watch the movie with my friends or by myself several times a week. When I am in a horrid mood, they make me smile. I have mad respect for nice Irish Catholic lads who see the evil in the world, and want to make it better, not continue to ignore it. I have every link on my FB page that I can find that relates to the movies. I started a fan page “God, please send me a Saint… today would be good!” and it is growing. I LOVE the Saints, and I love that there is now a second movie… and pray for a third! I quote the movies to my friends, my kids, to complete strangers. When I find a man who loves the Saints as much as me, I’d even consider dating (and I haven’t in two years). I would love to meet everyone who was in it. I even have the Saints pictures as my wallpaper on my work computers, their music as a ringtone on my phone, and as wallpaper on my cell. I love them! I’m a fan of Billy Connolly, Norman Reedus, and Sean Patrick Flanary. I love it when I find them in other work, but the Saints are the top of it all for me!!
I NEED that T-shirt. I’ve been looking for that exact logo in a large decal so that I can plaster it to the back window of my Jeep…either that, or a sihlouette of the boys holding their guns like on the cover of the DVD.
Anyway, I already have the movie itself AND a bumper sticker, so the shirt would be my preferred piece of awesomeness.
I probably shouldn’t win. I’m the one that runs around saying what a stupid shit Troy was for leaving out the Mom and full dyke scenes from the first one. They were freakin’ hilarious, I hate conformity. I’m also probably the only one that watched with commentary on. Shit, you should throw me a bone just for takin’ my time to write this shit. Have a nice day!
Let me start off by saying Boondock Saints is THE best movie of all time! I have the original movie and have seen it about ten times, I need to get the second movie but saw it in theatres twice; I have a T-shirt from the original movie that I got from Spencers, AND I have the entire family prayer tattooed on my back with crossed 1911′s at the bottom! If you would like a pic, send me an email! Thanks for the consideration!
great writing great directing great photography one of my all time favorites i actually have to get another copy because the friend i introduced to the movie wont give it back cant wait till the next installment in the hoag i have also done several saints tattoos as in put the movies images into the flesh and i made sure they gave the movie the respect it deserves thanks to everyone who contributed to making this flick
I think I should win because I absolutely LOVE The Boondock Saints, both 1 and 2! I own three shirts already and I would love to own the dvd! I don’t know anyone else who likes the movie, but I love it! I am always making people watch it, hoping that one day someone will become a huge fan like me.
Not to mention that I am part Irish!
i got the first boondock saints when it came out and ended up having to get a new copy because i showed it to everyone i know. i would have them come over and throw it in. at first they would complain. but after the movie they would want me to take them to the store so they could buy it (no matter what time it was). when the second one came out i didn’t have the money to buy it. but one of my friends that i had turned into a fan bought it and let me borrow it. i love both movies. troy did an amazing job on them. LONG LIVE THE SAINTS!
Well I’m a huge fan. I think I’ve bought the first one for at least 10 different people. I’ve lost count on how many times I seen the first one. This year when the first one had it’s 10 year Anniversary Bash in LA I was there. I live in MIssouri…. I got to meet all the guys from the first and second movie. It was AWESOME! I saw the second one with my whole family including my parents and brother and his wife. We all also went to see the first one in its reissue on the big screen and I think I caught a glimpse of myself in the stuff at the end when they were showing the party. I was on the street team online to promote the second movie and came in second. I follow all the guys on Facebook, Myspace and Twitter. Norman, and Bob Marley have chatted with my and follow me as well. I also designed a shirt for the second movie that might get used in the Boondock store. I made a photobook of my trip to LA for the party and have a purse version that I carry at all times so I can whip it out to show people my love for both movies. I have the poster I got from the party framed in my living room and the first movie poster in the hall. Sooooooo I should win cause it’s the best and I support not only this movie but other projects the boys are involved in because they are soooo great to their fans. PICK ME!!!!!!
I am a huge the movies and Have seen them both 100s of times. I own a tattoo shop and I have a tv for the coustmers to watch wile they are getting tattooed. I often play movies for them that also double as a timer for me to let me know how long I have been working on them… I use the saints movies all the time and because of it have created alot of new fans. As for existing fans it starts up great conversations about there favorit parts and all of there fav. quotes… I also have a rope haning on the wall in my station…. you never know what your going to need it for, you just always need it….
I should win because it would make me the coolest mutha fucka ever! So make like a tree… AND GIVE ME THE FUCKIN SHIRT!
I work at a movie theater and was beyond thrilled when I found out that we were getting All Saints Day at our theater. I actually got to build the movie (it was one of the rare ones these days that came on 35 mm instead of digital) and QC (quality checked) it. Which means that I had to wake up at about 7 a.m. to be able to watch it before the theater opened and we had its first showing. Well, I normally don’t watch movies that early in the day but it was more than worth it! After that I think I watched it every single day on my break and after my shift if the last show wasn’t already over.
Love the movies and the Saints!
Because Iæm to lazy to wash my t-shirts, and they REALLY starts to smell bad.
