It has to be the original Rocky movie!

  29. The Rocky series is always a fav! However I’m gonna step outside the box a little and go with “The Hurricane”! Denzel’s performance was top-notch and the fact that it is not only a boxing movie and based on a true story of a man’s fight for his innocence in a crime he didn’t commit, breaks it from the mould of simply being a man trying to win a fight to prove himself in competition and flips it to a fight to win his freedom. Great and moving flick!

The Fighter because Christian Bale was perfect as Dick “Dicky” Eklund
