If you would like to enter for your chance to win one of this prize, please leave us a comment below or send us an email with why you love Robocop? This giveaway will remain open until June 13th at Noon, Eastern Time. This is open to our readers in US and Canada only. One entry per person, per household. All other entries will be considered invalid. Media Mikes will randomly select winners. Winners will be alerted via email.

Directed by José Padilha, RoboCop stars Joel Kinnaman, Gary Oldman, Michael Keaton, Abbie Cornish, Jackie Earle Haley and Samuel L. Jackson. In RoboCop, the year is 2028 and OmniCorp – the world’s leader in robot technology – sees a golden opportunity to reap billions for their company. When Alex Murphy (Joel Kinnaman) – a loving husband, father and good cop doing his best to stem the tide of crime and corruption in Detroit – is critically injured, OmniCorp grabs their chance to build a part-man, part-robot police officer. OmniCorp envisions a RoboCop in every city and will stop at nothing – no matter the cost to Alex – to make sure the program succeeds. But OmniCorp never counted on one thing: there is still a man fighting inside the machine.   1. I love it mostly out of nostalgia, I wanted it so many times as a kid. The action and the effects at the time were pretty great. I would love to see how the reboot turned out. Thanks for the chance.

  55. RoboCop was the first R rated movie I remember seeing as a child. It kind of has a nostalgic value to me but I also just really love it. The suit was perfect, the music is perfect, and I still love it today. The new one was great too (I saw it in theaters)!

  91. I love Robocop because he isn’t afraid to make sure justice is served. Even though I’ve only seen one of the Robocop films, I found the character’s audaciousness in making sure justice is served a pleasure to watch. I am very interested to see if Robocop is still as audacious in the remake of the original film.
