Warner Bros. is bringing back “Looney Tunes” back to theaters…sort of. The New York Times is reporting that three new 3-D animated shorts will start showing in theaters before Warner Bros. films, with the first set to debut in front of “Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore” this July.
